The terms on which we do business.
Last updated: July 2026. These terms govern use of www.fltelectronics.com and any quotation, sample or order placed with Ningbo FLT Electronics Co., Ltd. (“FLT Electronics”, “we”, “us”) Placing an order or accepting a quotation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Quotations & pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in USD and are factory-direct, exclusive of shipping, duties and taxes unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to confirmation at order placement.
Orders & samples
Orders are accepted only upon our written confirmation. For custom (OEM/ODM) projects, samples are produced for approval before mass production. Sample costs are quoted per project and may be credited against a subsequent production order at our discretion.
Lead times
Lead times are estimates given in good faith based on current production schedules and are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any material change.
Payment
Payment terms are specified per quotation/order. Unless otherwise agreed, custom production requires an advance deposit with the balance payable before shipment. Payment methods and terms are confirmed at order placement.
Quality & warranty
Products are manufactured to CE, RoHS and ISO standards and carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification or normal wear.
Returns
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy. Custom-manufactured (OEM/ODM) products are non-returnable except for defects covered by warranty.
Intellectual property
All site content, product designs and trademarks are the property of Ningbo FLT Electronics Co., Ltd. (“FLT Electronics”, “we”, “us”) or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. OEM branding is applied on behalf of the ordering customer, who warrants they hold the rights to any branding supplied.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with jurisdiction in Ningbo, Zhejiang, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
