Acoustic design
Cone geometry, magnet type and size, voice coil diameter and impedance — tuned to your target frequency response and power handling.
Materials
Paper, polypropylene, carbon-fibre or aluminium cones; treated surrounds; neodymium or ferrite magnets — selected for the application and budget.
Branding & packaging
Your logo on cone and basket, custom cartons, inserts and labels. Retail-ready packaging available.
Testing & QC
In-house measurement of frequency response, impedance, power handling and distortion. Every model ships with a 12-month warranty.

Within one business day you receive factory-direct pricing, lead time and tooling costs (if any).
3 · Sample
We build and ship samples for your approval. Iterate until the spec is right.
4 · Production
Mass production — typically around one month — with QC before dispatch from Ningbo port.
